Hola, The amount of fees is irrelevant the only figures needed is the amount you send and the amount you receive - anything in-between is just noise. You then might grasp the context of my second post. One would be foolhardy to look at only one part of the transaction and describe anything else as "noise", hence my use of the word "compare".

My plan is to transfer the GBP into the WISE account and convert it over to EUR over the next week or so, keeping an eye on the rates. Once its in the EUR side of the wise account i need to decide if i can transfer it to the solicitors holding account or my Caxiabank account.

I would prefer the former as the more i read about Caxiabank Holabank the more concerned i am with hidden fees - the meeting i has with the bank was a whirlwind and i am still not entirely clear what i am signed up to. I would rather not pay a large sum into the bank only to end up beholden to them i hear some of the insurance policies are 3 years minimum term and are almost impossible to exit.

I also expect the cost of bankers draft from solicitor would be more reasonable than the Caxiabank. Does the above sound sensible? Remaining queries.
